ICELIGHT Real name: Nathan Wayne Group affiliation: Golden Gang, Strikers Powers or abilities: Icelight can manipulate water, moisture, temperature and photons. He can for example create ice and snow out of thin air, change the color of the local light, dim and brighten it. His control is exact enough to create reasonably human looking snow men and other constructs. He can only make it colder, not warmer. His photon manipulation ability enables him to see in the dark unless it's absolutely void of light. His abilities emanate from his body so the effects became weaker the further away the are. 200 meters/yards is the approximate limit of his temperature control power. His photons can not become bright enough to blind or excited enough to become hot. Equipment: Icelight is a tinkerer and occasionally improves upon ordinary items but he uses no standard form of equipment other than his costume which is made out of store bought items of clothing, a masquerade skull mask and a pair of sunglasses. History: Icelight was discovered by Spike when he was practising his then newfound powers in a deserted playground. She invited him to join Strikers which then consisted of her, Muscles and Wolfwoman.
