Greenwood uses no special equipment. History: General Greenwood is the current head of the Specials project, the US Army's response to the growing number of individuals with special powers. He has led the project since the late 70's when he was given the assignment and made Liutenant Colonel. As such it's his mission to keep track of super powered individuals and all threats that are outside the norm. It includes trolls, aliens and the supernatural. The Specials project's public face is the 20 Specials, the special ops team that's often called the US governments own superteam.
