FLASH-EYE Real name: Harshad. Last name unrevealed Group affiliation: Golden Gang Powers or abilities: Flasheye can project red beams similar to lighting bolts from a point in his forehead. This beam can stun beings of up to twice Flash-eyes size. Equipment: Flash-Eye uses make up to create a stylized eye on his forehead. He wears a see-through blind-fold over his eyes. This is his theatrical way to draw attention to his "flash eye" and somewhat conceal his identity. History: Flash-Eye was working as an actor in India when he was approached by Silverarrow and Changeling as they were recruiting members for the group. It is not known how they found him. After episode #6 It is revealed that Flash-Eye can project his beams from anywhere on his body.
